Erma is a sponsor of Storybook Pumpkin Contests at elementary schools.  We provide pumpkins to all the classroom teachers who want one and in return their class designs and produces a pumpkin based on their favorite character from a book.  We give various prizes in conjunction with the school such as extended teacher planning hour, extended recess, pizza parties, cupcake parties, ice cream parties and they all come with a book story time with Erma!
